COVID-19 Updates

July 6:

Back to school season is upon us, and we are working tirelessly to make sure the custom shirts your students and children wear are as safe as possible.

We are continuing to follow guidance from the CDC in addition to state and county regulations to make sure to stay safe during the COVID-19 situation. We are working extensively to enforce social distancing guidelines and are providing reusable cloth masks when social distancing is not possible. While we make sure to clean our facilities regularly, we are making sure to mitigate unnecessary contact and are sanitizing common touchpoints.

In addition, the processes involved with creating your custom shirts means we have to cure the ink to the shirt at 350° F. The WHO’s research has shown COVID-19 rapidly degrades at temperatures over 132° F. School spirit wear orders are also processed and packaged individually to reduce potential exposure between when we deliver orders to a school and when the final recipient receives their order.

May 4:

Over the past few days there were some expected delays to our normal fulfillment process, but we are now back to regular business! We continue to work everyday to provide your custom shirts with your choice at the forefront of everything we do, especially concerning safety measures in today’s unusual COVID-19 environment.

April 24:

We received notice today from our blank apparel supplier that orders cannot be placed from May 1 to May 3 as a result of their need to rework their internal systems to better handle changes caused by COVID-19. Coronavirus has created roadblocks for many of us. We’ve been working to stay open and operate with as little disruption as possible, but we rely on our suppliers to have shirts to print your designs on. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and will keep working to make sure your orders are delivered on time.

If you’ve already approved the final quote for your order, there is no need to worry – your shirts are already on their way to us. Customers placing new orders will be informed that there may be some delays to normal fulfillment times.

April 14:

During this trying time business is not running as usual for anyone right now. We have all been forced to think – and work – outside of the box. As you may have noticed we’ve added a new store to the Your Choice Tees website. While we navigate this challenging time we’re hoping that we can give back to some of the local charities here in Indiana any way we can. While we don’t have the resources to contribute by producing masks, we ARE able to still print custom apparel and are producing a shirt we’re making available for direct purchase supporting our healthcare heroes. The “Thank You #HealthcareHeroes” shirt will be sold to benefit local charities including food pantries while letting people show their appreciation to the hundreds of thousands of healthcare workers across the state. This crisis has created a need for many while many others are working tirelessly to do what they can to help, and we want to show our support for both.

As Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has stressed, everyone is #InThisTogether and are each responsible for doing everything we can to support one another when things are the hardest. For that reason, we’re making this shirt to show our support of the many healthcare workers putting themselves on the front line fighting against the coronavirus while giving back to many more supporting those in need.
50% of the every “Thank You #HealthcareHeroes” shirt sold will go directly to supporting a local charity in desperate need caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19)

April 10:

We are currently in the midst of an unprecedented crisis caused by COVID-19. As we all work to do our best in this situation, our aim is to stay healthy and stay working for you. We are fortunate enough to be able to work from home on a daily basis, but we know may of you have been thrown into new situations working from home or not working at all. As we’ve already mentioned and thanks to our company structure at Your Choice Tees, we are able to work from home and still produce your apparel without any disruption. Distributing your shirts though is inevitably more complicated thanks to our strict commitment to following local and state regulations, suggested social distancing, and other recommended health measures. We are doing all that we can to remain fully operational and have implemented new fulfillment services we will be making available for your orders in the next few days – including shipping your orders to each of your employees to avoid you having to be physically involved in distribution. The next few weeks and months will be hard. Our only chance is to get through this together. We are here for you.
